Ingredients
- 200g butter, preferably warm :-)
- 200g Xucker
- 200g almonds, powdered
- 100g flour
- baking powder
- 6 eggs^[1]
- 125g Sarotti Feine Trinkschokolade^[2] (Zur Not auch Kaba)
- 1 bar^[3] Schogetten 30%
- 1 bar^[4] Schogetten 65%
- some smarties
Preparation
- mix butter, sugar, almonds, flour, baking powder, eggs, Trinkschokolade
- bake 45 minutes ~170°, depending on your oven
- let the cake cool down
- melt the chocolate
- get your kids
- let kids put the chocolate icing on your cake
- let kids make funny decorations on the cake using smarties
