What you need
- 4 eggs
- 8 spoons of sugar
- 500ml of cream
- 2 vanilla beans
- pinch of salt
- 6 little bowls, fire resistant :)
- dripping pan
- small blow torch
What you do
- put the salt, half of the sugar, the cream and the vanilla beans[1] into a pot and boil it up
- in the meantime, stir the eggs
- set your oven to 160 C°, put the with water filled dripping pan into it
- mix the cream and the eggs slowly
- put the flan into the bowls
- put the bowls into the drip pan
- wait approx. 15-20 minutes
- take them out and let them cool
- add some sugar and torch it
- let it cool down and enjoy!
