    • 200g Zucker
    • 2 TL Backpulver
    • 2 Eier
    • ggf. Milch
  • Masse
    • 2,5 Päckchen Vanille-Puddingpulver
    • 1l Milch
    • 100g Zucker
    • 3 Becher Schmand

Zubereitung

  • Teig
  • Masse
    • Schmand unter den fertigen Pudding rühren
    • Teich ausrollen
    • Masse drauf
    • gr. Dose Pfirsiche / Aprikosen reindrücken
    • 180° Umluft 1h, ggf. abdecken
  • Guß
    • Pfirsich-Saft für den klaren Tortenguss (0,5l+2 Päckchen+2 EL Zucker)
