Zutaten

  • 4 Becher Sauerrahm
  • 4 Becher Schmand
  • 600g Edamer, gestiftelt
  • 600g gekochter Schinken oder Kasseler in Scheiben
  • 200g roher Schinken (Schinkenspeck)
  • 4 Eier
  • 3 grosse Baguettes

Zubereitung

  • Alles zusammenrühren
  • Auf Scheiben schmieren
  • 20-30 Minuten bei 180° backen
